Do you have a demo I can download and play around with?
Unfortunately no. Over the years, we’ve found that the best demo’s are done either in person or via Zoom on a one-on-one basis. That allows us to not only customize the presentation, but also answer questions on the spot and make sure you see relevant parts of the program that you might otherwise miss. Most demo’s last about an hour. Although our record is 4.5 hours (not because we couldn’t stop talking, there was just that much interest to keep seeing more).
How much does this cost?
MaxPro is a subscription-based program that you pay per month. Your monthly amount is determined by how many users you need to have access at any one time. There are several ways that we can help you get the best pricing, but it’s best for us to talk so that we can learn more about how your business works.
What if I have some part-time employees that don’t need a dedicated user license?
We have options available for that very case. Call us to discuss the sharing options.
Is this web based?
No, MaxPro was built using Claris’s robust FileMaker® platform. Each user is provided a license to install FileMaker on their computer. Once set up, it functions just like working on any program on your computer.
Is MaxPro “cloud” based?
To most people, the answer is yes, as most peoples’ definition is pretty vague. To be more precise, we own multiple servers that we host at secure data centers around the country. For the end-user, there is no difference.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, we have multiple local and off-site backup routines in place for redundancy. They are monitored on a regular basis for integrity.
What happens if I want to cancel?
We don’t hold you to a contract. If you feel you are better served elsewhere, you are free to make that decision and move on. We don’t hold grudges.
